When You designate a "Witness" (accountability partner), We collect their name and phone number as provided by You. This information is used solely to send automated accountability notifications as part of the Service.
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address
- Time stamps and activity logs
- Crash data and performance data
- Feature usage analytics
3. How We Use Your Data
3.1 To Provide and Improve the Service
- GPS-verified gym check-ins
- Automated accountability notifications to Your designated Witness

3.2 SMS and Messaging
OATH sends automated SMS messages to Your designated Witness when You miss a scheduled workout. These messages are transactional and directly related to the core function of the Service. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

4. SMS Privacy Policy
We value Your privacy. We collect phone numbers solely to provide the accountability services You requested. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on Your workout schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply. You or Your Witness may opt out of receiving messages at any time.
5. How We Share Personal Data
5.1 Service Providers
With vendors who support the Service, such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery services, analytics providers, and customer support tools.
5.2 Your Designated Witness
When You miss a scheduled workout, Your Witness receives an automated notification. This is the core function of the Service that You explicitly opted into.
5.3 Legal Compliance
With law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
5.4 Aggregated or Anonymized Data
We may share aggregated or non-identifiable data for analytics, research, or business purposes.
We do not sell Your Personal Data.

- Personal Data is retained for as long as Your Account is active or as necessary for the purposes described.
- Location check-in data is retained only long enough to verify attendance and maintain Your workout history.
- Usage Data is retained for shorter periods unless needed for security.
